We do not own, operate, manage, promote, or participate in any MLM business, investment scheme, financial program, cryptocurrency project, direct selling operation, or any other business activities conducted by our clients.

Client Responsibilities

Each client is solely responsible for:

• The operation and management of their business.
• Compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.
• Obtaining any required licenses, registrations, approvals, or regulatory permissions.
• The accuracy of business information, compensation plans, marketing materials, financial transactions, and customer communications.
• Ensuring that their business activities do not involve fraud, money laundering, illegal investments, Ponzi schemes, pyramid schemes, or any unlawful activities.

No Endorsement or Monitoring

SWA Softech Pvt. Ltd., SWA MLM, and Smart Web Arts do not endorse, verify, guarantee, or monitor the legality, business model, financial activities, marketing practices, or operational conduct of any client.

Any misuse of the software, fraudulent activity, illegal conduct, regulatory violation, financial loss, customer dispute, criminal activity, or other unlawful actions carried out by a client, its employees, affiliates, representatives, distributors, or users shall be the sole responsibility of that client.

Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall SWA Softech Pvt. Ltd., SWA MLM, Smart Web Arts, or any of their directors, officers, employees, developers, or representatives be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages, claims, losses, liabilities, legal proceedings, penalties, or regulatory actions arising from or related to the client's use or misuse of the software.

Unauthorized Use

Any individual or organization using our software under the name of SWA Softech Pvt. Ltd., SWA MLM, or Smart Web Arts without authorization, or falsely claiming any affiliation with our company for illegal, fraudulent, or misleading purposes, does so entirely at their own risk. Such actions are unauthorized, and our company expressly disclaims any responsibility or liability for them.

Client Acknowledgement

By purchasing, licensing, or using our software, the client acknowledges and agrees that they are solely responsible for their business operations and for ensuring full compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and governmental requirements in the jurisdictions where they operate.

Governing Terms

This disclaimer shall be governed by the applicable laws and shall be read together with our Terms & Conditions, Software Development Agreement, and Privacy Policy.
